Role :-

• Control all shipping activities. Work with Customs and other compliance bodies to maintain officially authorized practices and procedures
• Custom and Excise:
• Responsible for preparation controlling the recording and documentation of all import and export transactions to satisfy Customs & Excise requirements
• Imports
• - Ensure that proper procedures are being adhered, Select freight agents both in local and abroad to carry out necessary work on behalf of company
• - Have overall responsibility for the receipt, movement and storage of controlled goods within the company facility
• - Ensure that necessary information and reports are being forwarded to Customs as required
• Exports
• - Select freight agents in local to carry out necessary work on behalf of company
• - Ensure that necessary information and reports are being forwarded to Customs as required
• - Approve invoices and freight charges and code for re-bill where appropriate
• - Ensure that shipping aspects of Letters of Credit are clean
• Fright requirements
• - Responsible for sourcing the greatest costs and services available from outside supplier freight requirements distribution
• General
• - Maintain and control all shipping procedures by creating and updating the shipping standard practices manual
• - Work closely with department area organization

Requirement :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed
• Excellent in English communication and writing
• At least 5 years of experience in supervise logistics of the export/import business and domestics distribution
• Ability to work independently with initiative, preferable with experience working with expatriates
• Have records of developing people, with an ever-increasing standard of performance
• Ready to be based in Rayong and relocate to any manufacturing facility
• Able to work at Rayong.
