Heritage
We are very proud in our heritage that has been continuous follow from one generation to next generation. Some of those heritages are
- Excellence in Safety & House keeping. We work safety and we need all of our people to be safe while working so we prepare all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for our people to use while working. We also take care our plant to have good house keeping which help support safety of our people.
- Recognition & Reward. We didn't celebrate just because it is New Year or Christmas timing. But we will celebrate when we success. We give safety bonus to our people every quarter for their safety in working, we give attendance bonus to our people who perform well in attendance. We have party and reward when we archieve our goal, etc.
- CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). We consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact on customers, employees, communities and the environment in all aspects of the operations.
- We have "we care we share" by training and sharing Safety concept to our customers.
- We have Operation Smile by supporting for operation expenses of children who got a harelip.
- We have "Community Care" by sending our people to help fix building, playground, rest room for schools and temples in our people community.
Some of our Traditions
- Probation Dinner. We welcome our people who pass probation period by invite our employee and their family to join for dinner with Managers of Guardian.
- Sport Competition. We encourage our people to play sport and excercise. We set sport day every year to make our people have fun and team work in sports competition.
